SHIPPING TIMES
All orders are processed and shipped from our location in Charlotte, NC within 5-7 business days. This excludes holidays and weekends. We cannot guarantee USPS shipping times and it is not included in the processing time. Once the package is scanned by the post office I have no control over how long the package will take to arrive. I am not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package. However, I always want to make sure you receive the order that you paid for so please contact me at info@anbscents.com if you ever have any concerns with the status of your order.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If any products are damaged during shipping, please reach out to support@anbscents.com with a photo of the damage to arrange a replacement.
LOST PACKAGE
If your package is lost, please contact your local post office. If they cannot locate the package, reach out to us via support@anbscents.com.
If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, we will reship the package but at the expense of the buyer.
